Fribourg Agri&Food Innovation Vouchers
Do you have an innovative project in its early stages or prototype phase? Apply for an Innovation Voucher of up to CHF 15,000 to help turn your idea into reality.
Who can apply? Innovation Vouchers, worth up to CHF 15,000, are designed to support initiatives led by associations, umbrella organisations, farmers, companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs in the Canton of Fribourg, helping them develop new business models, products, concepts, and technologies.
Applications must be submitted by a company, organisation, or individual based in the Canton of Fribourg. Partnerships between companies, as well as collaborations between businesses, universities, and applied research institutions, are strongly encouraged. Applications may be submitted by one or several partners, provided that at least one business partner is based in Fribourg.
Eligible themes? Your project must address one or more of our key focus areas:
- Biomass Valorisation (transforming agri-food co-products into valuable resources, strengthening existing value chains, and creating new value-added activities)
- Agriculture & Industry 4.0 (integrating digital technologies into agriculture and the agri-food industry)
- Consom'Actors & Innovation (involving end users in the co-creation of healthy, sustainable food products and innovative solutions)
How to apply? Create your profile and submit your application by completing the online application form. You may include supporting documents to facilitate the evaluation of your project.
What happens next? Your application will be evaluated by the project committee based on its level of innovation, its potential economic and sustainability impact for the Canton of Fribourg, as well as its potential for further development.
